Everything You Need to Know
What production equipment is included?
LED walls, intelligent lighting system, DJ stage and sound system, fog machines, CO2 jets, cold spark sessions, and mobile lighting rigs — all operated by our professional team. No separate AV vendors needed.
Can we bring our own sound engineer?
Yes. HDC is fully open to your production team. Our built-in system is plug-and-play, or your engineer can use their preferred setup.
What's the load-in situation?
Ground-level access with ample space for production trucks and equipment. We provide full setup and breakdown time within your rental window.
Is there a payment plan available?
Yes. We offer flexible payment plans. Typically a 25–30% deposit secures the date, with milestone payments leading up to the event. Details are discussed during your consultation.
Can we do a site visit before booking?
Absolutely. We encourage private venue tours Monday through Saturday. Tours last 45–60 minutes — you'll experience the full campus, all production capabilities, and meet our event team in person.
What are the parking arrangements?
Hollywood Design Complex features private on-site parking for 250 vehicles — completely free for your guests. Optional valet service is available as an add-on.
